Is there a shuttle service from Naha Airport?

Currently, we do not offer a shuttle service.

How many people can stay at most?

It depends on the room, so please check the details for each room.

Can children stay?

Children are welcome.

Can I cancel a reservation by phone after it is confirmed?

For direct reservations, you can cancel by phone. For reservations made through travel sites, please follow the procedures on the site.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellation fees will apply from 5 days before the check-in date. You will be charged the full amount as a cancellation fee.

Can I use the internet?

Each room has free Wi-Fi available for use.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

The entire facility is non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated ashtrays by the parking lot.

Is there a meal service?

Currently, there is no meal service. Guests with rooms equipped with kitchens can enjoy cooking for themselves.

What amenities are available?

Toothbrush, bath towel, face towel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairdryer, slippers.

Will the room be cleaned during my stay?

Cleaning is available for an additional fee. The cleaning fee is charged separately per cleaning, and depending on the situation, we may not be able to accommodate it. If you wish for cleaning, please contact us by noon the day before. Please inquire about the fee.

Is drinking water and hot water provided in the room?

There is a water server in the room with drinking water (cold and hot)

Is parking available?

There is free parking on the premises.

Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?

There is a 7-Eleven, Lawson, and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk.

Can I bring pets?

Pets are not allowed.

Are there staff members on-site during my stay?

Staff are not stationed on-site.
